Is there plastic surgery for a toe that was cut off at tip in an accident?

I had an accident at around age 7. My toe got suck in the chain of my bike and was cut off, basically down to where the toenail root is. So, I don't have a toenail on that toe. I have always been very uncomfortable and embarrassed about wearing open-toe shoes and need to get information on getting this repaired/fixed. I would assume something like this could be pricey if possible, any idea if this procedure is possible or if my toe is even repairable. Please help.
