What do I tell this girl?

She's extremely ugly and annoying. Everyone talks behind her back and will shun her face to face. People unadd her on facebook cause she's a retarded hoe. Despite how much I want to drive screws into her toenails I don't think she deserves this? How do I tell her to stop being so Ann Marie ish?
