My leg/foot feels like it's falling asleep or like it's not getting good circulation?

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I got my toenail removed 4 days ago and it's been pretty painful so I haven't been moving a whole lot lately, and I've been walking on my foot differently. For the past 2 hours my leg and foot especially feels weird like it's not getting good circulation. What is this? It's really freaking me out :/
