Ingrown toenail help its bleeding for way too long?

I've had the problem before but now its the whole one side of the nail I have took some of the nail out but there is this little piece close to the root that I can't get out there was pus not anymore now its just bleeding it stop hurting like where there is no pain and I messed around with trying to see why it was still bleeding and now it hurts when there is pressure its been bleeding for a week not a a lot but it continues very annoying. Please answers thank you
