Help my baby lovebirds toenails won't stop bleeding!!?

I have a 7 week old baby lovebird. It's in a cage on it's own as I am taming it. I haven't put my hand in the cage except to change feed and water. It has broken three toenails and will not stop bleeding. Please, what do I do? Don't tell me to go to a vet because I can't get to one? What can I do to clot the blood?
